It is obvious that mass consciousness has changed in a positive direction and that humans are aware that our "Mother Earth" has been massively damaged by the predatory exploitation of the soil, especially oil and misuse of power.
Most humans have recognized we did not want to have those results and we want to make a change now and immediately. We want a change in the current economic system is based on the sweat and active support in the process of re organization of the planet by implementing alternative energy and technologies as well as a better health system.
Those who belong to the dark side are now a minority, but even those Dark can suppress most humans through a clever manipulation of minds and free will. It is important that the "power parity" to be restructured, to end the power of the Dark which is implemented through of its technology and economic power.
The Galactic Federation which is a community of many star nations that protect our galaxy, the Milky Way, has offered his help on many occasions to various governments, but they have rejected. The Galactic Federation are more than ready to help directly to clean the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico to resolve global economic crisis expertise and damage to the environment, and develop technologies to bring benefits to all human beings .
"A grant of authority" from us, Earth's population will be necessary and required to act with respect to free will.
